Dresses that are risky can look great on some and bad on others but this green piece worn by Beyonce to the 2007 Movie Rocks event looks gorgeous. The scoop neckline and body hugging silhouette really show her curves to their fullest. The short sleeves and the mermaid silhouette finish off a unique dress only meant to be worn to events like this one. Some might hate the dress but it does a great job at looking great and standing out.
